Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Creditors and other persons having debts, claims, or demands against the Estate of Edith Nellie Ferguson deceased late of "Othello" Number 282 Copnor Road in the City of Portsmouth in the County of Hants deceased (who died on the 8th day of August 1952, and whose Will was proved in the Registry of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 17 day of October 1952, by Charles Thomas Twine of Craigmuir Pentland Rise Porchester Hampshire Retired Naval Officer Arthur James Sidney Pratt of 102 Victoria Road North Southsea Incorporated Accountant and Robert Douglas Ferguson of Othello aforesaid Capt. R.E. Son of deceased the Executors therein named) are hereby required to send in the particulars of their debts, claims, or demands to us the undersigned, the solicitors for the said Executors, on or before 9th day of March 1953, after which date the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice: and they will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased or any part thereof so distributed, to any person of whose debts, claims, or demands they shall not then have had notice.
